Health & Safety Learning & Skills in Farming

1. Developed "strategic agreement" between NFU/TGWU/HSE with help from 2 SSCs.
2. Developed existing National Occupational Standards produced by Employment NTO (for large orgs) and fitted them to farms (=small orgs) for each of 3 levels - all, skilled & managers, to improve H&S.
3. Handed over to 5 Awarding Bodies & QCA
4. Expect implementation autumn this year.
