Choose fish caught using sustainable practices or those in good supply.
Fresh or smoked mackeral, herring (& kipper), whitebait, pilchard are in good supply and have high content of long chain fatty acids (omega 3) - particularly good for nerve cells. Our future may depend on consumption of these oils.
Check Marine Conservation Society's list of which 20 fish not to eat and 25 you can eat.
Investigate feasibilty of offering customers alternative species
